JST Concepts Return Policy

We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service as well as competitive pricing. Our return policy continues this by maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers.

Unless the merchandise is defective, returns will be subject to a flat restocking fee of $20.00 per item for authorized returns.  There is no credit or restocking fee for defective returns as items will be replaced free of charge.

The following guidelines must be followed in order to receive credit/replacement:

  • Products must be in the original, resalable, and unmarked condition and in the original and unopened packaging (i.e. bags or shrink wrap cannot be ripped or torn).
  • A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is always required. To obtain an RMA number, please contact JST Concepts Customer Service at 1-888-243-2997, Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:30 pm ET.
  • Credit will be for the merchandise value only (less fee). Returns will not be accepted for special orders.
  • Returns will not be accepted on discontinued items.
  • The original packing list (or invoice) must accompany the return along with the assigned RMA number.
  • Returns will not be accepted 30 days past the invoice date.
  • All returns are processed after receipt, inspection, and approval of the products being returned to JST Concepts. If the items do not match the authorization details (in quantity, condition, etc.) then additional fees may be applied as necessary.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for JST Concepts to process your credit.
  • Credits exclude shipping and handling charges.
  • Call tags/pickup slips will not be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise to JST Concepts.
  • JST Concepts will not accept any product returns with biohazard contamination.

Damaged Goods/Short Shipments

Damaged goods and/or short shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to note any damage or poor box conditions when signing for packages. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Be sure to save product packaging. All shipping charges and risk of loss are F.O.B. shipping point and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refused Goods/Undeliverable Shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments will have the standard restocking fees (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) applied when returned.
